    RIght ******** - Cats are allowed to roam feral and **** and scratch everywhere. My dog has to be on a lead outside the property becuase there is always the chnace it could bite someone and i have to carry a **** bag to clean up if he goes. .
    Cats walk over my garden all the time. If my dog was out taking a piss and saw then had a cat who gets the ****? the dog and tis owner or the cat?
