I hate football sometimes too Generally on Saturday afternoons, but occasionally on Tuesday nights too.
i know - it does sum up where football has been for 10 years - MONEY MONEY MONEY - Barnsley ain't got none & AFC have got as far as they will probably get - which in itself is a hell of an achievement - good on 'em.
I wanted Wimbledon to win but it's not the fault of the MK players or fans what happened. Credit where it's due as they were professional in avoiding a potential banana skin and it's nice for Antony Kay as well after he did well for us.
Re: And a **** draw to wrap it up i know. I'm gonna put my head in the oven.... in the next life I'm gonna support Barcelona
There's a difference I want Leeds to suffer humilation week-in week-out. I want them to limp from one painful result to another with just enough hope of salvation to make their continued failure hurt them even more. MK Dons, on the other hand, are the only club I actually want to go out of business.
Probably Northampton Town, Rushden & Diamonds (now defunct), Kettering Town (on their last legs) among others.
I hate Leeds. I can't stand Wednesday and United. None of those teams ever STOLE a football club. Imagine if someone bought our team and moved us to, somewhere that didn't have a football club 50 miles away. Say St. Helens. And then we had a team called St. Helens Tykes or something. It's unimaginable and disgraceful, the worst thing I've seen be allowed in British football. Franchising the last thing that isn't for sale, the history and community of clubs.
I think you've got it spot on Gaz. I used to think about football pretty much 24/7 up to being about 25, in between the thoughts about shagging and getting wasted. Anyways, football has eaten itself. Its to the point now where I can leave it on a whim. The only reason I go these days is to get pissed with the lads and football is a bi product rather than the main reason.
