I suppose there are golfers who hate football but were nevertheless curios as to how England were getting on in the world cup.I'm trying to understand the logic behind your post.I'ts perhaps because you can't think of anything else to say. Or indeed, can't fooking think. Sorry in advance but I get these compulsions to post drivel like this but my therapist says it has to be good for my mental health.(2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay) (2gay)

I'm planning to take up golf..........

...when I've lost almost all control of my limbs and need someone to wipe the slavver from my chin.

I would, however, have to be stone dead to watch it on telly.

I never thought I would get into it but having played a couple of rounds I soon got the bug.
Probably the most frustrating activity known to man but I still go back for more. Mainly because it pisses me off that I'm so useless.

Struggle to watch large amounts of it on the box though. Will watch the final afternoon of the Ryder Cup as per usual.

I only ever watch the Ryder Cup. Even listened to it on the radio once. Can't get much sadder then that.

Yeah, I'd never do anything as sad as that. I haven't just been listening to it in the car on my lunch break either.

The Majors are just about watchable if it's a close finish but the Ryder Cup has something a bit special about it.

Nothing compares to golf rage though. The sooner I stop tw@tting my bag with my clubs after scuffing a shot the better. I'm starting to get some funny looks from the regulars.

Golf is the hardest game I've ever played, so much of the game is in your head. Particularly if you're a mentalist. I'm always playing golf in my head.

I play off about 25, but pretty much only play about twice a year. In my head, I play off scratch and am the world number 1.

Good game, but unfortunately for you, in my head you forgot to sign your card, therefore you've been disqualified.

    Tough break that.

    ... and in my head:

You were both struck by lightening on the 16th green.
And eaten by a crocodile that lives in the lake on the 17th.
And it was all filmed by a chap called "Chet" who sent it to a bloke with a spacky hand to claim his £250.

And the croc choked on Jay's mop top.

That happened just behind us TFP. You're mixing Jay up with Yahoo Serious who was playing against Brad Pitt.
