I have held off slating ritchie, but young nudger got one right and tonight it showed....

I really hate to have to agree with him but...

tonight he had no plan B. when we went 2 up, they changed there formation to 433. we or should I say AR had no answer to it.

He also barking up the wrong tree with wanting a striker, we all know this one...

This is the first time I have actually said anything against ritchies tactics, but tonight, I am thoroughly fecked off with them

 

He's never had a plan B

Since taking over as manager he has not shown the ability to change things once the game has started.</p>

He is good at making like for like substitutions after Rick Holden has told him to but he appears to not know how to change the tactics.</p>

Oldham away last season changed to 3-4-1-2 useing wingback from 0-0 we went to win 3-0

But we need some cover for centre backs and 1 or 2 strikers
