    Does he do all the things he does because he's drunk or is he mentally ill?
    People go on about the legend that is kipper jackson, but i'm not from barnsley originally so don't know full story about him

    Hes a living Barnsley legend is Kipper Jackson, a few things hes infamous for is. Playing his karaoke (badly), throwing roof Slates of numerous buildings in Town centre, usually solicitors offices, oh yes! his famous YouTube clips are very popular so it seems....

    And can i add? he likes to stand and abuse old folk when hes pissed in tarn centre!! oh aye hes a rum bugger is our Kipper....If i thought I'd get away with it I'd run the fecker over, his bin liner full of his whatever with him....

    Funny for 5 mins but then gets on tits. Also went down in my book when I seen him badgering old people. Some of them get very upset too.
