As much as I posted over the last few days about slipping into the "Wilson Out" section, I am sad to see him go, but i do think it was the right decision. The performances this season simply haven't been good enough, and he had to go, really. No one knows if a new manager will do any better, but I can't see them doing any worse, that's how bad it got. I look forward to the managerial search, and will support whoever the board see as the best candidate. Onwards and Upwards. I'd also like to mention that on Tuesday, someone in the west upper shouted to Mr. Mansford and told him to "Do something about the manager, you're losing loyal fans. I'm not coming again until he's sacked." Ben smiled and nodded. You have to wonder if that's had any impact (I doubt it, but I wanted to mention it.)
