    It wouldn't have happened due to the 2 clubs being from the same country. Just like the english teams

    Of course it could've happened!

    They were in separate pools, so unless the draw was rigged in some way, there was every chance of both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid being in the same group.

    so yeah, its rigged.
