Through the "Contact Us" form, but I receive an error message stating "Your message was not sent", and apart from the word "Missing" in red at the foot of the page, nothing else indicates why it was not sent. Ironic really, when you consider the content of my email.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
As you will see from my account history, I have subscribed to Barnsley Player since 2002. I have used it on a variety of laptops, as I get a new one every couple of years from my company. I have used it on a variety of Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista and now Windows 7. I have also used it on different versions of Internet Explorer, from about Version 6 to currently Version 9 (32-bit and 64-bit).
I have to say that I am really paying over £40 per year for a glorified audio service. I would say that it has probably only been about 5-10% of the time that any of the textual information is updated correctly, or updated at all. I continue to subscribe because I live in the USA and this is my only link to the games, except for about once a year when I visit family. I know from the Barnsley FC Bulletin Board, that I am not alone with this issue.
    1. Have you any plans to update this software and improve its reliability?
    2. Have you any plans to make this software work on iPhones and iPads, so that I can listen to the games on the go?
    Regards,
    Mal Booth

Good luck getting anything done Mal. Luckily I have a season ticket so I am not reliant on the Player service but I did still subscribe until last season when I cancelled for exactly the reasons stated by you.

You can listen on iPad and iPhone already. Download football league and log in with your player subscription and it works plus you can get video on it as well

I have never had a problem with player on any browser or system. It now works perfectly on iphone, ipad without the need for a flash browser.

Listened to the wigan game on my iphone from Egypt perfectly without interruption (apart from me switching it off)

I agree, other than the audio commentary Barnsley Player is rubbish, all the videos seem to be posted on Twitter, Facebook, or Youtube. So 40 quid a year to listen to audio commentary!!! I thought Sky was a rip off. I did send a comment about the videos being posted on Twiiter prior to even being on BP, and the reply I received was it was to advertise BP, there still doing it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

last 12 months or so it hasn't been that bad for me, but yeah you're right the text on the match day panel thing is totally useless and is rarely updated.

I agree with most of that, the live tables etc never work. However, at the price I think it's superb value for the commentaries and highlights alone.

In another thread it was stated that Ipswich are charging away fans £43 for one match, £3 more than Player for a year. Now that's a rip off.
