    <font face="Arial" size="2">We've appointed the head of Bury's under 15s academy as assistant caretaker manager. The way he's talking he's making out that Davey has the job and this Ryan Kidd is his assistant.</font>

    <font face="Arial" size="2">So, we'd have our academy manager as new first team manager, and bury's under 15s coach as his assistant.</font>

    <font face="Arial" size="2">Sounds out right for Barnsley. In about 2 hours my season ticket is getting sellotaped to a rocket and fired into the Watford night.</font></p>

    No, he was head of their Centre of Excellence, they don't

    have academy status. So they go up to 18/19 year olds, I guess.

    Dick? I have a right to be unhappy with these appointments- if they turn out to be long-term.... I do afterall spend a considerable amount of money travelling to and watching BFC.</p>

    The phrase ' if they turn out to be long term' is the one that doesn't sit right with me.</p>

    Had these appointments/signings been completely official and not loan signings then I would agree with you. But they're not. These people may leave in January and we don't know for sure how long Davey and Kidd will be together at the helm.</p>

    It may be longer than we think if Saturday's result is a good one.</p>

    Now there's a question..........</p>

    If we win on Saturday and we win well. Not just the score but the performance.......how would you feel then?</p>

    Keep Davey, Kidd and the new signings or still go for another manager?</p>

    I think you need to calm down a bit....

I think we should aim a lot higher- we are a team in need of a good manager, someone who has experience. PC has said this himself. We're in the ****.</font></p>

    <font face="Arial" size="2">Of course, if we end up winning loads of games, I'm hardly gonna complian. But at this juncture I can't see it should these two become our management pairing.</font></p>
