    I'M very experienced at ordering online, but trying to buy 4 tickets for myself and my usual mates from our dear club just beggars fking belief. I know its a laudable offer with the reductions and all that but I'm sure they must be hoping folk jack it in and pay full whack on the day.
    If we can roll up on the day pay and walk in no questions asked, why does it matter who I'm buying them for now? its not like I am going to ber looking to tout the bloody things.

    lots of people are commenting on this. i'm just not getting the complexity at all. i go into online tickets, select the amount of tickets I want (up to 10) and the stand i want them in. go to basket and pay. it seems to work very easily for me..

    It's the assigning tickets to someone in your network that causes the probs.

    I bought tickets on Monday without any bother but I hadn't as then 'activated' my account with my customer reference from my season ticket. It seems once you do that, then for some reason you have to allocate each individual ticket to a named person.

    yeah but why are you trying to assign tickets to people? can't you just buy them from your account? i've got are lass and my boy assigned to my account. but that's purely so i can renew all three STs under a single account. doesn't stop me buying tickets separately, for any game i want and in any stand..

    how will you be able to see though? won't you be at home, under your duvet with all the lights off (assuming you believe in electricity) and the door locked, thanking your lucky stars you're still alive in the 21st century?

    Not a clue. I just tried a dummy run to buy 5 tickets and it wouldn't allow me to go to check out until I'd assigned the tickets to someone. I couldn't just buy 5 tickets.

    Done - Purchased 1 adult, 1 under 12 and 1 concession and added to season ticket card.

    I got ticket put on my card which worked when I did so for York albeit in the box office, but got a photo of my receipt on my phone in case of issues at the turnstile!

    how bizarre. i just cleared my basket and tried again. added the cup tickets standalone and this 'assign' thing is now appearing as you said. but when i then go and add league match tickets, no problem. can add as many as i want without having to assign anything....weird

    you're right, that's bobbins. it shouldn't do that. wonder if it's summat to do with 'em being unreserved? dunno..mebbi one to raise at the next Ben Mansford Fan Club

    When I first tried it was straight forward for my ticket (I'm not a season ticket holder) it was when I tried then adding a second person (whitey also not a season ticket holder) that the problem arose, it appears it won't let you manually add the second persons name, you have to fill in all their details, it then assigns second person a name and number which allows you then buy a second ticket, to be honest it was only following Brian potters post that I realised what I had to do, it's not very user friendly....but I could just be thick. :)

    nah, i think it's the system that's a bit stoopid by the looks of it. it needs sorting, if they want to push the online channel. you should just be able to log on with an account and buy tickets.

    Did you have to assign the concession ticket and the under 12 to a named member , were they already members or did you create new memberships for them to assign the tickets
