I know most don't want Davey as the new manager because of a lack of experience, but to be fair.....

I reckon he was really unlucky losing Wallwork and its probably cost us at least 3-4 points.

8 out of 15 is not bad, 11 out of 15 would have been extremely difficult to argue against.

    2 points out of 9?

He might keep us in the division but i dont think he or McCall are the people to take us to the next level.

like I say, losing Wallwork has made a big difference............

togwell & howard are poor together in the middle, the centre of defence has been decimated and he couldn't bring replacements in so he's had to make the best of a bad job over the last 3 games.

The football is awful at present.

Players look disheartened to me. The spirit has gone.

    To be fair though

Wallwork would not have been available for 2 of those games anyway.

    He wasn't

Banned for the Leeds game, and unavailable for the West Brom game as they wouldn't let us play him against them.

can't say I'd do much differently, bearing in mind the hand he has been dealt......

up to xmas, play safety first, stop the other team and hope to pinch something. Then if you get the job, build your own team in january.

Kay & Wallwork have been a big loss
