    Just because you play darts in a pub whilst pissed doesn't make just a game, at a higher lever skill is involved as to how you play it.
    The game has a lot of tatics involved, never mind throw and hope.

    I love watching it and the top people are very skilled.

    I'll give my usual response which is if it is physical (throwing) and has hard and fast yes no rules to determine a winner (first to 501) then yes it is a sport

    Id also point out that archery is a sport even though
    the participents have mechanical aids to help them 'throw'. If archery was done in a pub would it suddenly not be a sport?

    Cricket - 22 men taking it in turns to stand around in field for five days before deciding it's a draw. Not sure it should be classed as a game or a sport.
