My Mum has had MS for 13 years ... but I never knew how bad it can get!

Not sure whether to feel sorry for that bloke or scared to death!

I go for months without thinking of this fecking disease and then things appear to remind me.

My Uncle has had the disease since his early twenties (he is now 64) and it has progressed steadily. My older brother was diagnosed with it in 2004. A neighbour has it, and so does her sister and mother !!

Everytime a "medical professional" tells me its not hereditary, I look at my kids and think what the f*ck do you actually know.............

Aye ... not hereditary but yet they'll still hike-up critical illness cover when they learn of the familt history of it ..
