I know we played the big up and under for most of the game, but did Devaney put a cross in?

10 minutes of aggression doesn't make up for 80 minutes of invisibility in my book. another league one player who needs to book his ideas up</p>

Yeah, he put a very good one in for Ferenczi's header which was saved.

    RE: just one!!!

Devaney played well - got forward, made some some effective runs and looked one of our more dangerous players, in the first half especially. Tracked back well and did his job in defence. I thought he was one of the better players on the pitch.

Comes in for a lot of stick on here and I don't think it's all justified...

Didnt help much in 1st half though , their left-winger looked to be having a field day agin Kozluk.

I thought he defended well and covered for Kozluk when needed. That winger (Gray?) played well and went past us once or twice but, in the first half at least, was reasonably well contained.

I will admit that Devaney's fitness is in question at times - he seems to tire quickly and was fairly anonymous in the second half...

One occasion in particular that I recall in the first half, where he tracked back, harried an opposition player and conceded a throw.

He is crap . Had enough time now to know whats needed at this level , he just has not got it , one or two good things in 90 mins just dunt justify his place .As I have said before at Watford in the championship he was 4th choice.

I thought in the first half he was ok at best - 2nd half I never saw him. Don't seem to recall him touching the ball at all. One cross I remember too - but for a change it was a good one, i'll give him that. Despite having a number of overlaps from Kozluk, never got into the game. Had Ricketts had the sort of help from Souza like Devaney had, then we could maybe comment on Ricketts - but he had no help from Souza.

He made a good one in the first half...

Not sure if that's the one you meant, but he does need to improve his crossing overall certainly.

I seem to remember 2 or 3 crosses in the second half as he was right in front of me in the West Stand. Problem was all of them were awful and straight down Konstantopolous' throat.

This was one of the biggest disappointments for me, the crossing was rank bad.
