My suggestion would be: Season ticket holders Then non-season ticket holders who can dust of a macth ticket from the Bromsgrove F.A. cup tie away in 1990 when we scored twice in about five minutes to win 2-1. Archdeacon getting the winner. Next, ticket stub from York away in the F.A. Cup - though that only includes 'proper' fans who travelled within Yorkshire, so does that count as a 'proper' fan? So scrap that and we'll go for distance and F.A. Cup, Spurs away in the Premier League season 1-1. Under this current regime and the quality of players brought in am quite happy for the ground to be full and all the revenue Chelsea and Liverpool will have generated for the club. Be it 'proper' fans or those with genuine reasons why they dont own a season ticket.
Sounds sensible although I wonder if you've forgotten those with 1912 cup final replay tickets in your ticket allocation strategy?
My cousin (twice removed) was Manager when we won the Cup.
Shouldn't I have a seat in the dugout??

How about ST holders get one then people who have tickets to the 25 games I been to this season? ................Ticket threads gettign daft now.
