The cafe/bistro next door to me is closing and they've got lots of sandwich fillings and sauces going spare that they've said I can have.
Things like chicken in mayo, bacon mixture in mayo, tuna mayo, tomato and cheese mixture, cooked chicken breasts.
Can these things be frozen... can mayo be frozen.... can you freeze cooked chicken????
They've got boxes of these prepared meals, the alternative is to chuck them.
What's your expert advice?

As far as I'm aware you can freeze such things, though I reckon the cooked chicken breasts may go a bit dry, so you may only be able to use them as part of a recipe. Also don't defrost and then re-freeze stuff as it can make you pretty ill.

Yes - but

I would not freeze the cooked chicken.

The others I would say ok, but I would make sure they were eaten within a month.

Make sure nothing has been previously defrosted before you put it in the freezer.
