There is nothing going for it. Crappy little nothing towns...full of chavs and people who's only goal is to have as many kids as they can and NEVER leave the town they grew up in.</p>

There are no cities in the county. Nowhere worth going, nothing worth doing, growing up here was pretty damn boring. Terrible public transport, so trying to leave is hard enough!</p>

Oh, and I meant the Barnsley accent, but I'm just kidding. Of course </p>

Barnsley is very deprived compared with other places but I wouldn't drag it down like that. Cheer up lad it could be worse!

I think most people here are the same. There are some lovely little villages and such like, but it's a real dull place. Right in the middle of nowhere though (as anyone who's ever been to Rushden and Diamonds would testify).</p>

Just tough being a young 'un and having nothing to do. Least I'll be driving soon, but even then it'll be a fair drive to go anywhere half decent!
