    Davey's worth a shot
    By Simon Meeks
STRIKER Leon Knight is backing Simon Davey to become the next Barnsley boss.

"He's done a good job. I don't know whether they will give it to him, but I think he should get the job," the 24-year-old centre-forward said.
Knight was brought to Oakwell on loan from Swansea until next month and has played all three games under Davey.
He has not lost a game with Barnsley but has yet to score his first goal for the club.
"What would you rather have, me scoring goals and the team losing? No, I'm pretty happy with the way it's gone and I'm confident I'll get goals pretty soon," he explained.
Knight looks set to partner Daniel Nardiello in Sunday's game against West Brom at Oakwell.
The game has a 1.15pm kick-off and will be screened by Sky Sports TV.
"It's live on TV with the whole of the football world watching. We have to impose ourselves and make sure we don't embarrass ourselves in front of our families and everyone," Knight added.
"West Brom have spent a lot of money but that doesn't guarantee anything, look where they are in the league."
Knight says he has not ruled out a permanent move to Oakwell.
"Who knows what will happen in the future, who will be manager?" he said,
I'm happy to be here for the moment and looking forward to getting some goals for the club and moving them further away from relegation."
Davey expects to have a full squad for Sunday's game with the exception of Antony Kay who has missed training this week with a groin injury.
Both clubs are hoping that knife-attack victim Ronnie Wallwork, who was on loan at Barnsley from West Brom, will be fit enough to watch the match from his hospital bed in Manchester.
Barnsley Academy graduates Simon Heslop and Ryan Laight are staying at Tamworth for a second month on loan.
Rob Atkinson and Nathan Joynes are to remain on loan at Halifax for another month.
