I ran a half marathon today ....

    ... in the rain, it was great. I got wet and I felt tired. I'm quite old. I'm 40 which makes me a Veteran.
    The race was in Milton Keynes. My legs feel like wet rolled up newspapers and my right knee feels like a rusty door knocker on an old Scooby Doo styled mansion.

    So there.
