    It won't succeed because a points deduction was just one of the options available, they have been punished in accordance with the rules.
    Any points deduction should have been done earlier in the season.
    It'll be sour grapes from any team relegated to say that because they could not better the points tally on the field then an opposition team's points tally should be lower.
