No way, couldn't tackle, was slow, passing a bit hit n mess, no ariel threat, not physical enough. Excellent shot no doubt but that sole attribute doesn't make a good Championship player.

    I always liked him.
He was a good set piece specialist and a talented 'free kicker'
He's gone now, did not fit into Davey's plans and we have to move on and accept it..
Apparently he was glad to move on too.

scoring two worldies against southampton does not make him a free-kick specialist, he did'nt do it again, plus his corners never beat first man

I stil thought that he was a good squad man and that we should not have got rid of him. He could have done a job for us.

He was never really given a proper go at it, when we first got him davey banged him on the left wing and i dont think he was a left winger at all. I think given the chance he would have been alreyt for us. Brooking rated him very highly when he was on the books at west ham, and hes allways cut it at international level. Just dont think it worked for him here.

He was out of his depth in the Championship. One foot, too slow, too predictable. nt

Which world-class side did he score against last night? Was it a genuine World Cup contender - Italy, Germany, Spain?

A dangerous outsider - Romania, Portugal, Holland, France?

*keeps looking down the list of European nations*

    Bulgaria?

    Israel?

    Armenia?

    San Ma.... oh.

If we got him back and San Marino join the championship

Then he'd have 2 good games a season!
