Sorry but I didn't know it was morally mandatory to wear a poppy. Fine if you want to, its a great cause, but surely we all have a choice whether we do or not?
and? Manchester united players wore poppies on their suits and Ferguson has one on his during the match. Is that not enough or do they have to make a big public show of it and score a few points by having one sewn onto their shirts for 90 minutes?
I don't know why. They seem like a proper club to me. The manager's built that team up using youth policy and lots UK/Irish players (just look at today - Evans, Brown, O'Shea, Carrick, Giggs, Fletcher and Rooney in the starting 11 compared to Cole, Terry & Lampard) and they play good football. Don't understand what there's not to like. They should be what every football club in the UK should aspire to be like.
RE: I don't know why. Its obvious that Manure think they,re above everything and everyone....... but not tonight- 5pts behind ha ha
Is it? I just thought it's because they're successful and have been for the best part of 20 years. I don't like how they crowd the ref but all teams do that, especially the top 4. Out of the 4, I've more respect for Man Utd than any other.
