    Probably a windass but deciding to move the Athletico Madrid tie to a Neutral venue (still not decided)with 8 days notice shows the contempt they have for the paying fan

    Liverpool fans will have spent significant dosh on airfairs and hotels and so will finish up significantly out of pocket and may not even be able to see the game at all

    This is a punishment for the opposition but will hurt Liverpool fans much more
