i base it on my judgement

and the fact he kept us up the last 2 seasons. and he masterminded an away win at anfield. and masterminded a win against chelsea. i think on the whole he's made some good purchases. he's by no measn perfect and his tactics often leave much to be desired but he dunt take no **** and i like that about him. mind you neither did Idi Amin
