That he made a mistake in signing Christianson for 200 grand, or, tell us he has fallen out with the lad and there is no chance he will get a first team game.

If either are the case then he should be sold at the next transfer window.

    hasn't even got a chance

and from what ive seen (Charlton, coming on against Wendys, scoring for fun int reserves) theres been a lot more promise than most of our strikers. has he been shagging the gaffers missus or sumat?

give him a fooking chance Davey!

    if you were a manager...........................

what would make you buy a player who had only played 188 minutes of football and scored 1 goal despite being fit for the whole season?

I can't think of anyone who

... has had such a similar demise from goalscorer in a crucial game (away at Charlton) to relative obscurity, without some sort of explanation.

Perhaps someone who may have managed him before?

Then again, weren't there reports when we signed him that he had fallen out at past clubs due to being lazy in training or something? I might be making that up..

have u seen Christien play? I saw him play in a reserve game on the academy pitch a couple of weeks ago, and he was very, very poor.

    RE: Mike Turner?

Yes, but Mike Turner was so bad that he couldn't even win a place in the side ahead of Karl Rose, and Don Goodman had to be brought in.
