    For my behaviour over the past few weeks.

    I've just completed my latest charity run for Barnsley Hospice and it's safe to say I'm feeling pretty emotional. The pressure I've put myself under for this has been unreal, still no excuse for acting like a dick though, so Gally, I apologise!

    Never take those around you that you hold dear for granted, it's bloody tough when you realise they're no longer around. Supposedly it gets easier?
