    Its a pity a lot of the national media seem to forget his time with us, we rarely get much credit for his career.

    Could well go on to play for the senior England team that lad.
    Roberts is just as good as a stopper, if not better, but in terms of composure, passing, and carrying the ball out of defence, Mawson is ls streets ahead.

    It's probably because the lad himself dismisses his time here. All he goes on about is Wycombe.

    Probably because he had captains armband taken off him?...

    I wouldn't say he dismisses it.

    I'd say he's more appreciative of his time at Wycombe particularly because that was the springboard for him. He'd spent time out on loan in the Conference South prior to that and probably thought he wouldn't get his full time break in the football league.

    Wycombe gave him the opportunity and we capitalised on that. In the same way that Swansea capitalised on our development of him.

    He seems a very modest chap and it's very refreshing reading the stories about him that have come out in this last 12 months.
