    Does that mean the laws allowing cars to park diagonally across the road at school kicking out time are to be repealed?

    While they're at it, can they also repeal the laws allowing quadruple parking on quintuple yellow lines the wrong way on single track one way streets with no lights while waiting in the queue at a fish and chip shop.
