Every time he gets his back up against the wall he start playing mind games with the fans and the media. We are seeing the earmarks of the same Keith hill that we saw at the start of last season. This time he is using the Alnwick situation as the catalyst. Hes also using the blackpool job as leverage by dropping idle comments about them being interested in him and that he's really pleased, and that people might start respecting what job I am actually doing. Then i heard him on the radio this morning saying he was unsure if what they were doing was the right thing - in the eyes of the fans. Something like that anyway... cant find a quote. It all just comes across as idle threats to try and make us toe the line - hes messing with your heads people! I just wish hed just get on with what hes supposed to be doing. We aint against him but stuff like this just rubs folk up the wrong way imho.
He's a project manager. Anyone that's ever worked on a project for work will recognise it, his communication, his lowering expectations etc etc. It's text book.
I think that he thinks he is smarter then he actually is in his communication, which rubs some folk up the wrong way, but which others find inoffensive or simply humourous. However, that particular trait is by no means exclusive to Keith Hill in football or any walk of life.
