Matches previously he has looked a bit nervous. His new found confidence put some sparkle in his game looks good for remaining games. (clap) (clap)
He's ****. It takes him 20 strides before he gets the ball under control. Constantly marking fresh air when they had the ball (McSheffrey walked past him, which kept leaving us 3 against 3 at the back ... sometimes 4 against 4 if Vine got in front of Dev on the other side). He's the biggest liability in our team (when his Brother, Paul, isn't playing). On the other hand - he was much better on Monday than he has been recently. He was really ****, but now he's just ****. By the end of the season he might simply be a bit crappy.
his first touch does let him down a lot it either bounces up into the air or 3 foot away from him. Did well though on sat. Almost scored a screamer.
RE: He's ****. Were you watching the same game as me? I think he is a good player, at still only 18/19? He has years to further improve his game. I'll agree, his first touch leaves alot to be desired but his pace and shooting are slowly getting better with every game. The shot he had in the first half on Monday was a rocket. I say well done lad. Get behind him and get behind the Reds for the last 4 games. Come on! Poet
Normally Reid has been very inconsistent, but he was brilliant on Monday, don't care what anyone says. Battled his heart out, they couldn't get the ball off him, number of times in that last 15 minutes when he took the pressure off by breaking down the right side and tricking defenders, and winning throwins, was brilliant. Can only have been run close for Man of the match by the two centre-halves, Hassell and Nardiello. He was probably helped by McSheffrey having a shocker, but he was excellent.
his first touch is rubbish and whenever he runs at players he losers the ball and causes us problems.
Yes. I was watching with my eyes. He's ****. "Here you go Mr McSheffrey - please have the key to our right wing ... eventually you will run into Bobby, but that's his problem - not mine". I must admit that it's the best he's played for us ... but he's still ****. Wooooo. He had a shot that went into the stand. Brilliant. Well done young Kyel, well done. **** is **** in the end.
He was brilliant for 20 minutes. Everything he touched turned to gold. In the previous 3 matches - everything he's touched has turned to *****. He's weak, error prone & green. Apart from that - he's class.
Don't know how we can slag anyone off on yesterdays performance. Fair enough Reids been pretty poor in the majority of games, but yesterday everyone did the job.
Nah - they're all ****. Colgan - irish **** Bobby - ginger **** Lewin - lanky **** Kay - mental **** Eckersley - pig **** Reid - little **** Howard - fat **** Togwell - hard **** Dev - gypsy **** Istvan - hungry **** Nardy - ACDC **** They were ****. The only reason we won is 'cos the wind was blowing in a westerly direction. FACT.
If we are going to play wide men, then they need to be on their strongest side. Reidy on Monday was struggling all the time to get the ball on his left foot, having to cut inside to get a decent ball in. davaney on the other side manages a few ballet dance flicks to move the ball but he too was on the wrong side. Switch em, get the ball to the byline and get some service in to the strikers,
RE: Nah - they're all ****. Do you always try this hard to be funny? A night out with you must be a barrel of laughs. ...Yeah, stick to the online stuff slugger. Ever so yours, Poet
I don't go out. I'm ginger - so my inferiority complex means I daren't set foot outside. Why do you put your name at the bottom of your posts? It says your name over on the left. Do you put your name at the end of text messages too? Yours in sport, Bob "Slugger" Sparracuda.
RE: I don't go out. Ah, i do apologise. I really shouldn't get at someone with a carrot top. That's racist. Why do i put my name at the bottom of my posts? Well, i like to sign off with a bit of class. An air of dignity if you will. As for the text messages, your best off asking your mother about that one. I do tend to add it in for effect, but only very rarely. ...Actually, i should have expected you to reply with something cocky. Your mother said you were a little ****. At least i think she did, she was facing the wall at the time...and there were several other guys in the room...and she did have a mouthful. I digress. She's a lovely women. But in the bedroom, she's ****. Just like young Kyel Ever yours most gracefully, Poet
Just one thing ... ... my Mum is dead - you grave robbing bummers. A poet should know the difference between "your" & "you're", by the way. I'm starting to think you're not actually a poet.
I think he's a young lad finding his way in the game and in our team and is getting better every time he plays. He still can be frustrating, trying little flicks round players and losing the ball but on Monday he seemed to do more running then normal, more closing down and general team play. If West Ham wanted to get rid, I think he'd be worth signing. Can only get better but credit where it's due.
RE: If we are going to play wide men, then Some of his best crosses have been with his right foot surprisingly...
