    I went to the same Juniors/Infants as Brian (Highgate). In later years his mum lived just up the road from my mum & dad (Ringway, Bolton-on-Dearne). My dad often saw him out for a walk when visiting his mum, always said hello to my dad and even knew his name.

    Top bloke, it will be a very sad day when he's gone.

    Great set of lungs but not sure about his tackling.....
