    They (whoever they are) say that if you write out all the numbers starting at one (ie one, two, three etc) then you will get to one thous<font color="#ff0000">a</font>nd before you use the letter A.</p>

    How is that true? You use A when writing out one hundred <font color="#ff0000">a</font>nd one dont you?</p>

    Yeah but it says to write the numbers out in words

    You cant write one hundred and one without writing and, one hundred one just doesnt sound right.

    The "they" you're referring to is probably the Yanks.

    I think they say "one hundred one" don't they?
