I think THIS time we should just utilise what is already at the club

Lots said, this time last year, that it might be good to give the interim guys the job until season's end. But no, we went out and bought a manager who has now left us. Not left us in the lurch though, because we are in a far healthier state than this time last season.

For me, bringing a complete outsider in now would upset the club completely and all the momentum we have built up could easily fade away as the new man stamps his mark on things.

We seem to be blessed with a decent set of coaches at all levels in the club, judging by results that is. Let them carry it on to the season's end. Make Bobby the figurehead if you like, or Mark Burton. Doesn't matter. Just keep things going, that's all I hope for.

 

I agree give the guys at the club 3 months to prove themselves. Seems a no brainer to me.

 

Tommy Wright , Flickeresque almost, except we make the playoffs instead a of last gasp survival. Aye, that'll do for me Tommy, Rock on.

 

Think we have to trust the board of the club to make the right choice on behalf of us all.
