Word! This season, in ascending order of shitness: Mags, Lehmann - class. Bresnan - good, honest pro, always good for 2 or 3 wickets. Will never make an all-rounder (can't play spin). Chalky - batting reasonably solid; not sure about his captaincy? Lumb - finally starting to show a bit of consistency. But only a bit. Kruis - decent bowler, just back from injury so not fair to judge. Sayers - not seen him bat. Young lad - needs more time/support? Wood, Dawson, Gillespie - underachieving bigtime. Brophy, Blain - irredeemably ****.
