I think we're all agreed on one thing...........

that anybody in any town or district in any county who is connected with refuse collection has to have passed a stupid-ignorant-thicktwat-no braincell exam..... always assuming they knew which end of the pen to write with...... assuming they could write....... assuming they knew what a pen was.
Total utter thick tosspots the lot of them.... and that's down here in Lincoln.
There are stories in our local paper every day about bins, recycling and jobsworths. And to think, a lot of these jobs will one day be filled by the kids that my wife has to teach. Ah well.
