I haven't. That was a disgusting performance. Punt the ball at a lone striker who has nobody within 30 yards of him at any time. There was a point in the first half after being crowded out of another hopeless situation that O'Grady looked over at Wilson and threw his arms up as if to say "what the **** am I supposed to do?" Aside from Lawrence trying very hard and playing well in the first half before being dragged down to everyone else's level in the second half - and a reasonable centre back pairing who spend far too much time having to try and be playmakers because we can't pass forward, there's nothing that could even resemble a positive. The board went up for 5 minutes added time and the crowd didn't even slightly react - says it all. We're done - and I can't say as I'm massively disappointed at the prospect of getting out of this league - but what I am disappointed at is the spineless manner that it happened today.
Couldn't agree more, 200 mile plus round trip to pay to watch those spineless tw@ts today.........no effort and no idea
I'm sad to say that I agree too. I will renew my season ticket and I will support Danny in league one but I want to see quite a few players shown the door after the last home game. There is no way back for some them IMO.
Agree, some are sticking up for Danny today. Redstar for example from what I've read. But today and other home games over the last few months have been an embarrassment. One up front and like you say so isolated he got so frustrated. Danny has to take a lot of the blame for today.
No we didn't. We had one striker and an invisible man that fluctuated from the right back position to the left wing position, popping up wherever he could offer no threat, but always managed to be absolutely nowhere near O'Grady when the ball went forward - which I suppose was impressive in itself.
No one up front. And a one up front rarely in the box as he's too busy doing the donkey work for himself.
Cykwa played on the right of midfield opposite side to Jennings. But the game passed him by and he ended up lost with no idea what we were doing.
I don't agree. Cywka played everywhere and nowhere at the same time - never anywhere near O'Grady and never offering any kind of threat whatsoever. Much as he does in most of his starting appearances.
