with you clever people some one could give some advice as i have said before,all last week i was tring to pay for barnsley player, andit said we dont accept maestro then i find this morning they have took my money34.99dr ive been on the netbank they have not helped me ive tried to sign in every time it says the name is taken,of course it is ive paid for for 3 years and now they have ny brass and i cant get any sense from any one not even at oakwell they gave me an emailid,i sent it it comes back from mailadmin Has any one got a Sensible thing to say i though some admin person would have come with an idea of ,i ve considered im doing something wrong BUT FFFFFIN WHAT???????????
The only option that is £34.99 is the yearly direct debit. So what you have done is set up a direct debit for 1 years subscription, which will renew in 1 years time unless you cancel it. So you now have Barnsley Player for 1 year.......................if you can remeber your log in. Cheers, Andy.

just logged in to see, there is a contact box at botom of page which will let you e-mail a query..have you got that? or do you need to have logged in to get there?
if i were you bob send them the payment date and a receipt number if you have it. Then ask them to reset your password for the username you have and resend it to you. Then you ought to be able to log in. I dont have barnsley player so cant help you any more - wish i could. Pain in the ass aint they - quick to take yer money but not very quick at sorting issues.
