i want to reboot my PC how do i do it

Rebooting just means you turn it off and switch it on again Bob.
If you mean reformat it, then that is a different case altogether and not something you can do without a good understanding. It would be far better to get someone who really knows what they are doing to re-format as this will clear everything off your computer once and for all. You would then have to re-load all your programs, software etc

but this PC,came with no disc,
it has a system restore
but i think its fed up
