    Don't think they do. The one shown was first half and in my opinion was never a penalty

    and as for theirs, the more I see it he went down like a tart's tights ... contact ? to get a penalty you should have to have your leg hanging off !!!! and as for a sending off !!! if that is not recinded then we might as well pack in !
