There are plenty of parallels with this season there, some highs and a few lows (John Spencer grrrrrrr) and I remember the times when we maybe asked ourselves if we were really up to it.

I was one of those whose faith wobbled recently but we asked for players and we got them, we asked for fighting spirit and commitment and we got them too. We lost one away yesterday, it's not the end of the world (at least I hope not, that's where I keep all my stuff.) I think we have everything we need and we haven't seen the best of them yet.

Don't know about anyone else but I'm getting a bit of deja vu.

Yes..said as much yesterday - and we always wobbled that season when we were on the crest of a wave. I think it's a question of keeping the faith. I really suspect we can do it this year.

    really hope so

other parellels are that i have to travel for an hour and half just to get to 'well like i did then and we have a workhorse up front who many don't give enough credit (richards/wilko).

we still don't have a midfield juggernaut like redders but i think we have better wide men and a better keeper this time. the only thing that was wrong with old scissorhands was his flapping at crosses
