I wonder if Jennings will ever score a goal for us?

Doesn't look like it does it? He had some terrific runs today and got himself into great scoring positions then fluffed it every time. Not criticising him too much though because he kept them on the back foot most of the time but I wish he would learn when to shoot and when not to, and when he does just thrash it in instead of that side foot effort early on.
Frimpong had a good one too - I think he will start to live up to his reputation now, provided he can cut out the bookings. He needs a lot of 90 minute sessions on the pitch - the more he has, the better he will get. Certainly looked the business today though.
As others have said JOB and Dawson put in decent shifts and that goal was just sublime. Shame he doesn't get into positions like that more often.
Defence and keeper - mixed bag. Plenty of great interceptions interspersed with running into each other and giving Millwall undeserved chances. They could have easily nicked the points from us but we managed to keep them out. That diving interception from Cranie in the second half was superb. That is what putting your body in the way is all about. Glad he kept his hands off it though.
Jack Hunt - hmmm. Not sure what his best place is. He certainly gave the ball away often enough today but looked good bombing forward. Maybe once McLaughlin is fit he will be first choice right back with Hunt right midfield WHEN he can get a game.
Shea - err, why? Why Danny? What do you see in him that we don't? Heart of a lamb, confidence at zero and not worth a place in the team. I think we are all waiting for him to come good, and surely he will EVENTUALLY. Trouble is we haven't got the time to waste on him.
Proschwitz looked a bit weak to me today, like he didn't really fancy it. Maybe he got clattered and lost interest, not sure. Just not up to it considering he got two goals last Saturday. Expected more, but he is still a good player.
COG - usual work rate but fluffed his chances on goal. That one with keeper almost on the half way line was amazing. Looked like an open goal but he somehow contrived to wait until the defenders closed him down. Good game on the wing, but not in front of goal which is where he ought to be good.

Delighted with the win, shame it wasn't a goal difference changer (we ought to be banging in four or five against poor sides). Three points was the objective, so mission successful. Now, I wonder if Huddersfield will do the decent thing and let us have three more next week?:)

I thought he was going to score an offside goal again, he didn't seem to hear the whistle or see the flag for a while.

We're getting good at getting caught offside just lately. Doncaster last week and again this week - seemed to be offside more often than when Bruce Dyer used to play for us (ie A LOT!)

The two he's had chalked off for offside where both incorrect decisions.

Bit early in his reds career to be saying that. Been very impressed by him since he's come into the team.

Going to be a very good player for us.

I wasn't slating him! I agree, he's a great member of our team.

I wasn't pointing the finger at him in particular - several of them seem incapable of timing their runs right. It's just something that I have noticed lately and I couldn't help thinking about when Bruce was with us. He was a great player for us but had more than his share of offside flags.

Perhaps our players are just too quick and the linesmen keep getting it wrong. That would be logical, seeing as we can't get decent officials week to week
