Must admit I was thinking the same.... i.e. one off the wage bill

would have loved Stan to stay but the fact that SD put him on the list makes you wonder how much he would be involved this year.........

If we can find clubs for Toggers and Johnson, we may see a few more players through the door. I imagine Johnson's on a decent sum considering age and experience just a shame things didn't work out.

I think squad isn't to far away, but there are still a few question marks i.e. will return Mostto and will he come good, and the new players Colace/El Haimour will they settle in and perform?

Their is alot of pressure on El Haimours shoulders as he doesn't have any clear competition for places. Devaney, Leon, JCR all played their last season but it was clear that we needed a natural left sided player. The trialists suggest we are looking at the right kind of players i.e. Marco Reich and experienced left winger/forward and coould cover El Haimours position and also push other forwards, and Martin Zeman AKA John Smith would be ideal replacement for Toggers (development player).

 

You have got to be joking about Reich! 299 games 18goals. That is poor even for a winger!
