My best mate, someone who has followed our club home and away for years and years , found out on friday that his brother has terminal cancer. He founds out this week how long he has left in this world. It is obviously a massive shock to the family and those of us that know him. This season has been a massive dissapointment but for me it barely registers on a list of things that truly matter in life. If people want to spend there time aiming vitriolic abuse at either the manager, the players or each other, i hope its worth it, because for me it isn't.
I can only echo your sentiments. I was accompanied to the Leeds match by my mate who is fighting like hell, but knows it's a losing battle. To be honest, football doesn't really matter.
