    One reading of 24c on your car thermometer somewhere in England (which may or may not be correct) hardly equates to a sustained reading of 31c in central coastal Norway, some 9 degrees of latitude and 1000 milesfurther northSo there!</p>

    Unless I am mistaken.....

    I think Mr McDog resides in Norway.</p>

    I therefore reasonably assumed he was talking about Norway. But of course I may be wrong. It's been pretty cool in Barnsley over the last few days. About 16 tops.</p>
