REDS boss Simon Davey would love to bring Anderson De Silva back to Oakwell on a permanent basis.

Simon said: "I have spoken with David Moyes but I will keep that conversation to myself. Anderson is a player I would love to have back at Oakwell but we may have to buy him in January.

"We could take him back on loan but that would depend on Everton but I would love to keep him.

"I would buy him but that would depend on whether we could afford him".

 

Be A Great Full Time Signing

He's obviously at that age where first team football is important. He can't stick with Everton reserves forever. My only worry would be some other club coming in for him.

Just now and again he is a little bit 2 casual for me!! Could do to score more as well!! I guess it's his first season as a full time first teamer!!

Could mean Diego will play on the left a bit. Disco and JCR will have to play well then as well, good competition!! Toggers is going to really try to impress in these next few games as well!

 

It would be fabulous if we could sign him on a permanent basis!

Just watched the SD conferencs on Barnsley TV and it sounds to me that Anderson will be back on 1st January. And we will then be buying him. SD couldn't stop smiling when he was talking about it.
