Hull put DJ Campbell in a hotel in Hull last night to talk with him this morning over a 3 year deal. Ian Holloway drove up to Hull in the early hours of the morning to speak to DJ in an attempt to Hijack the deal. He's just taken eccentrics to a new level. Surely he's still got his phone number from his days at Blackpool.
I think that driving 200 miles to see him shows a greater commitment though than just picking up the phone.
