Not a very happy bunny. Spoke to him after the game. Desperately wanted to be involved. "Why didn't you play - I thought you would come on for at least 15 mins?" "Ask him!" (nodded towards the manager inside the building) He was very down. Now, we all know that it's matches that Humey needs now. He needs to get match sharp. In a way I can see why Davey didn't bring him on yesterday. However, if he could get another 90 minutes against Lincoln that would be key to him playing some part against Coventry. He's desperate to play you could see it in his body language and the way he spoke. He was definitely angry with his Gaffer - no doubt about it. That's good because it shows a hunger. A hungry striker will score goals.
I thought it would of been wrong time to bring hume on yesterday, hope he gets a fair run out at lincoln though
No idea which way we were shooting at the time But after coming back from two goals down bringing Hume on might have resulted in the Barnsley fans forcing the winner through sheer noise alone, the place would have gone mental!
RE: No idea which way we were shooting at the time Attacking the end with the Barnsley fans in during 2nd half. As the guys I went to the game with, 2 Wendies and a neutral, were sat in the kop, it was noted that I got to see all the goals close up. Made me realise why I prefer sitting in a side stand though than behind the goals - don't get a great perspective of what's happening down field.
