According to the BBC Huntley's been taken to an unnamed hospital after overdosing in his cell at Wakefield prison. First Shipman and now Huntley- very embarassing for Wakey prison managers.
Having worked in a prison I agree, to an extent. More likely he's been stockpiling his own medication/trading it with others and has built up a large enough dosage to do himself harm.
RE: The number of permitted target searches is limited know a bloke who ran a wing at Armley, couldn't believe the number of inmates on suicide watch there.
Yeah, you have to take it seriously if you get any intel that they might be thinking about it No matter how unlikely. Got to cover your own ass.
Is there that much loving going off then? When you've got to cover your own ass at all times.
I hope he survives but with severe brain damage. It'd be good to see him live until he was about 90.

If he's after topping himself why don't they put an iron maiden in his cell? Then we'll see how much he wants to die.
RE: If he's after topping himself why don't they put an iron maiden in his cell? Steve Harris or Bruce Dickinson?
RE: The number of permitted target searches is limited The old man works at Armley, and he says it is quite frequent for prisoners to put tablets in there mouth but then not actually swallow them or they do swallow them but quickly vomit it back up. What they then do is stock pile them (hide them inside matress) then take them all in a large dose. Just hope he doesn't die, would be too easy for him.
Your mate's right Some of the more commited have made extra bodily holes and pouches in which to put things.
