Come on it goes with the job if we would have qualified tonight Mc would have been basking in the glory,sorry but a manager needs to be able to motivate, show some passion for the job and take some risks. When Mc was at Middlesboro he did this thats why he got the job while always saying yes to his boss{Chairman). As always seems to happen with England bosses they are always **** scared to make changes that count. Sorry I love England but were like a slumbering lump of /poo at the momement, true to the English Tradition we will qualify then get beat on pens in the Semi Final. (RIP)

Sheffield is still better than Dearne. Basically Seth Bennett and Andy Giddings I believe it was were slagging off Steve McClaren saying he's not up to the job, we need a new man in charge etc. Do you think they would have the balls to say that about a manager for our region? Of course not because they would be scared of being shut out at yet another club.

 

So, in essence, a person shouldn't have a go at someone unless they're prepared to face said person if challenged to back up their opinions? Interesting concept.
