If a manager is willing to get of players after a few matches

And willing to get shut and replace them at the first sign of trouble.

Then surely that same manager must expect to be replaced in the same circumstances.

I think it's a bit hypocritical of some to have no problems at all when players are replaced so quickly but then refuse to apply the same principles with the manager
